Giovanni Zaccariello is the Senior Vice President, Global Visual Experience at Coach, leading Visual Merchandising, 3D Studio (designing windows, showrooms, and pop-ups), the Brand Events team, including the design and production of the runway shows, and Digital Experience.

Most recently, Giovanni has driven Coach’s foray into experiential retail, including the opening of Coach Play locations and Coach Coffee Shops across the globe. With a focus on building deeper, more authentic connections with the Coach community through crafting immersive experiences that captivate the senses, Giovanni also supported the brand in its entrance into the gaming universe through partnerships with Roblox and Zepeto.

Giovanni has spent over 20 years in the global fashion retail industry holding visual experience positions in Europe, Asia and the US. Originally from Italy, he graduated from Oxford with a First-Class Honors Master’s Degree in Business & Branding. For the past five years, Giovanni has also led a partnership with WindowsWear to support young talent, creating a visual experience mentorship and internship program.
